Resource Depot

This page is aimed at addressing the issue of a lack of compiled French Immersion resources for primary teachers. As primary French Immersion teachers we have learned that while there are many resources available, not all are applicable or valuable for classroom use. The goal of this page is to provide teachers, parents and students with a compilation of age-appropriate materials for Primary French Second Language learners.

Collaboratively, two other primary FI teachers and I weeded through many links that were suggested for use with French Immersion classes. We discarded several sites, which, for a variety of reasons, did not meet the level of ability of young second language learners. Our goal in compiling this resource depot is to alleviate this laborious process for other teachers.
